You are
You have 8+ years relevant experience, among others in a management position in India. You have done your education at a fine college in India, preferably as Chartered Accountant. You are passionate about bringing a change to India and provide good, affordable food to India’s working class. You are willing to work in a young and flexible organization. You are comfortable working with people from lower social classes as well as investors.

 

Your job responsibilities

  •   Supervise Accounting and Audit functions.
  •  Supervise and ensure SOPs relating to Order to Collect (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles including logistics are put into practice.
  •  Identify and implement technology for automation of processes allowing Business Intelligence.
  •  Formalize channels of money collections (through banks / mobile money, etc.).
  •  Supervise Statutory Compliance.
  •  Owning financial responsibilities including financial reporting following MIS, budgetary management and presentation to the Management, Shareholders Committees and to  the  Board of Directors & Accounting team with special focus on efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls Spearheading cost leadership and optimization efforts.
  • You are expected to have advance MS Excel skills and reasonably good command over making business / financial presentations. Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Assisting in formulating the company’s future direction and support strategic initiatives.
  • Developing financial strategies at an organizational level by contributing to financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction.
  • Participating in the corporate decision-making process as a member of the Management Team with joint responsibility for the development of long-term strategies and company policies.
  • Driving business improvement initiatives such as improved enterprise cost reduction, procurement, pricing execution and other process improvements and innovations.

2  Manager – Bulk Sales  - Bangaluru  (Status – Open)

A dynamic Sales Manager having 3+ years of  relevant experience, possessing excellent communication skills in customer relations, aggressive in targeting new sales pitches, their successful conversion and have  established goals for the market segment.In addition, you have new clients for boosting bulk and franchise sales in catering and restaurant businesses. You are a proactive person who can take the initiative and maintain as well as build the existing client base.You understand the meaning of true Customer Service, the target segment, integrity in business. You are professional, team-oriented, possess good work ethics and are extremely results driven.

Your job requirements:-

  • To get orders for the meals provided by Janta Meals of meal in Bengaluru for three main sales channel namely a) Bulk Sales b) Franchisee Sales 3) Distributor Sales
  • To develop an effective sales strategy to attract new & additional sales, in conjunction with the regions sector sales team
  • To target new business opportunities.
  • To building and maintaining existing relationships.
  • To develop and maintain a contact and customer database within the following market segments
  • To develop and promote company meals through various marketing and sales initiatives.
  • To prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
  • To establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, partners and contacts.
  • To maintain a clear line of communication on sales commitments to clients and other point of sales.
  • To work to achieve agreed goals and objectives.
  • To provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
  • To prepare and update the records related to leads, sales pipeline, sales & marketing presentations, profitability analysis.
  • To design and implement a dealer –distributor model along with area wise bulk sales network.
  • Applicant must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly. He must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively.

Applicable Skills:-

  • A minimum of four years hotel/ catering / food sales experience and an excellent network of contacts are required to succeed in this position.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or an MBA in Marketing & Sales would be an asset.
